- Membership can be obtained by filling membership form, paying the membership fee and Quarterly donation as fixed by the Executive Committee. The membership fee and Quarterly donations are non- refundable.
- Members must be over 18 years old.
- Members who are jobless and newly arrived are exempt from quarterly payment.
- Membership may be withdrawn wilfully (fees are not refundable).
